Pigeons don't make a good dish, unless you like eating flying rats. Plus cleaning them would be such a pain. They're flying rats for a reason. You don't want to eat something like that. And "mixed herbs"- There's hundreds of herbs. What kind of herbs? It's a recipe, after all.

Buy some doves if you want to try. They're the same species as pigeons, just white so white people think they must be better for some reason. They probably won't have diseases and stuff like street pigeons and will taste better for not having eaten garbage all their life.

You can get farm-raised pigeons if you want to try this. It probably wouldn't taste too bad. Just don't do it with the ordinary city variety; they eat nothing but shit and thus will taste like the refinement of 1000000 different types of shit and rotten garbage.
