I've had this game for a good while, but now, for some reason, every time I start it up I get this error. I tried changing the folder names to see if that was the problem, but it still didn't work. How can I fix this?

I've downloaded and installed all patches, and other people have had it work fine, so I'm wanting to know what other people have done to remedy this, as well as why its doing this now and not before, because it ran fine both earlier today and a while back.
