One of the reasons I'm looking forward to the new album is that the artist has been improving considerably with each album. Hacking the file to replace text is also pretty easy on Windows, the text is probably just stored in a section of the exe which can easily be replaced with any disassembler. Right, so you've got the hacking up front to get the script (since there's no fucking way *I'd* play through an entire game while taking down a transcript, that sounds retarded), the translation time, the QC, and the last hacking to insert the text. You also have the fact that these people aren't going to skip eating, sleeping, and doing whatever else they like to do (probably going through all the other c78 downloads, just like you) just to get you a translation of some doujin game with a <3 day turnaround. Just because it's technically possible for something to be translated and handed to you on a platter within a certain time window doesn't mean it's at all reasonable to expect it to happen that fast.

That depends... I've got a full plate at the moment with stuff that's a little more solidly within my interests. One thing I've found though, is that there's always a translator who kind of wants to try their hand at something, and there's always an editor/hacker/typesetter who wants to be on a team but thinks that translators are in super short supply. Ask around, especially right now when people are all worked up over c78, but also once the hype dies down, and make some connections. I used to translate shit, post the script on a *chan, and beg for people to fill the other parts of the process, and then accidentally fell into two translation teams one day without even meaning to. The people are out there, it's up to you to find them bro.

By the way, you don't really have to type one of the words in captchas. The one for verification always uses the standard latin characters. If you see such a word with diacritics, foreign characters in general, or even anything decipherable, just type whatever.

let me explain how recaptcha works. first read what it says when you press the "?" button.
Now you know that you basically decipher the words for them that programs can't read. But if it was just that then it wouldn't work well as a verification program. The solution is simple though. They use one word they can't decipher, and another word that they can read, just for verification. If you try it out some more you'll see I'm right.

Thus sometimes you'll get faced with something difficult but not impossible and get it right, but have a simple word next to it and get it right, but the system still bitches at you because the person before you typed nonsense.

Not a C78 release but I've been searching for this for a while so I thought I'd share it. Contains the tracks from the game plus two original tracks.

Here is a quick shop I did of the cover to only have Reimu so I can use it for my phone as a background. Couldn't find a blur tool on paint.net so its a bit jaggy from where Marisa had to be removed.

Sky Ended is alright in that aspect. Unless you already listened to it. Same with Constella. On Constella there were some really nice tracks that I had to replay.
