Yeah, it's usually not visible though. There are times where the whole front page is taken up by troll threads, the same textless anime screencap threads and pretty much nothing else. Maybe I'm just awake during the wrong hours.

I'm not sure whether it should amuse me or sadden me that by the time meido-san wakes up, a third of /jp/'s content is against the rules. Seriously, a third! 1/3! 33.33%! And this on the board that used to take pride in how self-moderated we were.

Actually, there was a time when /jp/ thought it could moderate themselves, that we just needed moderation in emergency if there was an invasion going on, but that in all other cases, the userbase was better at managing this board, even without moderator privileges. Those were the times all the shitposting was isolated into Type-Moon threads, so as long as you stayed out of them, /jp/ would be a pretty decent place.
