Well I figured out what was ailing my yahoo auction japan.

I haven't used it in some time, but it seems they've implemented a new feature where when I input a search, the adult auctions will by default not show up.

In order to find adult doujin I need to specify that I'm looking for adult items, fucking retarded since I can load them with no trouble with their redundant extra step AND because my account indicates I'm well over 18.
