Druggy's Acid Rack album was awesome, always good to hear some new freeform hardcore since RaverRose dissolved. Diverse System's album sounds pretty good as well, but only listened to first CD. I also reallly enjoyed TOHO EURO FLASH VOL. 1. Still have some stuff left to listen to, Sound Sepher will probably be good I imagine.

Biggest let down so far has been Sound Online's new album, very boring altogether and pretty bad vocals. Also, SHKI's album was good, but from the way people talk about him I expected better. Engage Blue was not great either, I prefer their Hardcore sound as opposed to this rock influenced sound.

To be perfectly honest, I haven't really been impressed with anything upped so far. Some things have been okay but I haven't been blown away by anything so far. Well in music so far, other than the Cytokine, I haven't liked much. Physical Disconnect was okay I guess.

Where is Love (Syrufit) - I didn't really like this album outside of track 3 (Night that can be danced). Meh.

historie (fromadistance) - I love spctrm, and I absolutely loved his previous album (eureka), but I think he should just stick with more ambient arrangements next time.

A couple of general reccommendations could be Amarok and Clementine, though I believe only Amarok can do video as well. I know a lot of people like Songbird, but personally I can't stand it, and anything like it.

If you're like me and enjoys your music player light, simple and strictly playing music, then I know there are some alternatives made for Mac only, namely Ecoute, Everplay and Vox. I have tested neither of these since they are for Mac only, but from the looks of it they all look promising, and well worth a shot. The fact that they're all made for Mac, rather than being simple ports, is surely a bonus in one way or another.
