I like Tohnifun, sure Chado goes way over the top with his interpretation of the characters to the point Yukari is somehow YOUNGER then Ran, but on their own they have some nice ideas.

I liked Reimu as a natural law of order in Gensokyo, it explored a rare fan theory and how potentially troublesome it could be.

The only frustrating thing about it is when some faggot uses a Chado doujin to try and explain why his favourite character is strong. It doesn't work.

One Night Stand - the circle of Advent Cirno fame. It's a pretty nice series with some action, drama, humor and even a bit of yuri.

Water Cushion - Shining Gensokyo is a nice one I've come to reread alot. It's not particularly important, more then anything it's just a slice of life look into many of the characters on a rainy day, but I like the art and the sort of creepy Medicine Yuka conversation at the end.

At Chirei by Karaage Shop is a must read if you like SA characters.

Saku Saku Tei - This One Time I Want To Go Drinking was a pretty nice one as well, mostly it's about Aya getting drunk and questioning her reason for reporting (set after PoFV), notable for her almost rape of Marisa while drunk.

Oddly, Yukari is a force of purity in this one.
