From what I can tell, the VA was trying to imitate Mamiko Noto's incredibly soft voice. She would have probably done better if she kept it in her natural range.

MC/Pharos/Ryoji - Great.
Yukari - Great for the "most popular girl in school".
Junpei - Pretty much perfect for the character.
Akihiko - Great.
Mitsuru - Great.
Fuuka - Mediocre but doable.
Shinjiro - Great.
Ken - Not Mona Marshall's best role. "AHH CRAP."
Koromaru - Needed more dialogue.
Aigis - Fluctuation of "Let us commence with an All-Out Attack." and "I NEED YOUR HELP! PERSONA! I wOn'T gO dOwN." makes her inconsistent. Not bad, though.
Metis - Great.
Takaya - Great.
Jin - Alright.
Chidori - She's no Fuuka, but you can do better.
Ikutsuki - Fine, and in the undub, you people won't get his Japanese jokes anyway.

Chidori sounds like a 50 year old woman.

Also, to address the honorifics, it's a Japanese game with Japanese high school students in a Japanese school in Japan. It was probably just Atlus keeping it as close to the original as possible while still following Sony policy of dubbing the game. Does it really grind into you people that badly?

I pretty much stopped playing after fuuka started narrating battles. I wish there was an option to get mitsuru back in the pilot's seat. I think that is the problem, that I enjoyed listening to Mitsuru so much that when Fuuka took over it jarred badly.

And japanese dubs are only good since I cannot understand them or how bad they are. Ignorance is bliss! Or at least better than pain.
