Okay so I looked up some of these supposed best albums...EACH ONE WAS METAL. FUCK OFF. Don't know if this is a troll topic or not. Having said that..the dbu was quite nice and I usually don't care for heavy metal. Couldn't make out the Touhou melodies in Grimoire though.

My current favorite album. It makes me feel relaxed/peaceful.

When searching for albums, try searching for it first on the lossy/lossless music collection torrent. If it's not there, try "[albumname] site:mediafire.com" on Google.

I was being lazy thinking that it wasn't needed to post this, but NO you just had to forget O-Life Japan, right? This here is the best Touhou-related album ever, obviously in my opinion. If you disagree, take a listen again.

I could also mention t=NODE, but as they're a lot more varied, I don't know which of their albums is my favorite.

Should be more organized, such as listing the sub-genres under the album. As for categories:

Instrumental (involving a single instrument. Piano, flute, acoustic guitar, etc.)
Orchestral (a large ensemble of instruments)
Jazz fusion
Rock (alt., hard, psychedelic, prog., post, etc.)
Metal (heavy, black, death, whatever)
Electronic (trance, chiptune, hardcore techno, breakbeat/core/dnb, ambient, house, etc.)
Pop (although most of it can fall under electronic, it would be easier to separate the two)
Hip-hop (>Implying there is enough albums of Touhou rap (much less good Touhou hip-hop) to bother making this)
World (Influenced by or done in the style of "traditional" music.)
