The reality is that Japs look exactly Koreans and vice versa and look exactly the same if they don't overdose themselves with cosmetics and makeup.
Hell, they are even genetically the same group. Go look at Korean sportsmen then Japanese ones (sportsmen being usually unlikely to use cosmetics) and you won't tell them apart.
