It's not just that he can draw only one face, it's that that one face is very distinctive. It's not like Aki Eda where it takes some time for your brain to register that all the characters look the same, because Aki Eda's faces look very generic. Houtengeki's pictures look like one character wearing different clothes, sometimes multiple times in the same picture.

OP pic is just about the first one I've seen from him where I'm not tempted to do a bad Arnie accent and go "Yoo ahh my clone!" No, yoo ahh MY clone!"
