This and his kana and kanji are ugly. He writes them wrong sometimes missing a ohok or something. Personally I think writing the characters by hand is important for learning them despite the fact that I use Heisig. I've remembered a lot of kanji by moving my hand how I would write it to get the "motor memory" for it.
