So what's the deal with this Touhou thing /jp/? There were a dozen bullet hell games or so, some CHENERGY and then some music?

Am I missing anything or?... What I'm asking is, what's the deal with Touhou? I'm assuming the games had a storyline - anyone care to give me the basics? Is it just that the games evolved into the rest of these doujins, music, etc. etc. or...?

Also, THE FUCK IS WITH THE MUSIC. I mean yeah, it's good. But god fucking damn. THIS much?

TH08: Moon bitches replace the moon to hide from home, don't care about the effect this would have on the local residents.
TH09: Bitch royal, flowers are blooming out of season and the locals pressure Reimu, who doubts it's a problem, to investigate. Other bitches decide to check it out as well, everyone beats on one another because they learned it from Reimu.
