The majority of my 250GB external hard drive is taken up by hentai.

My H folder proper is 1.51 GB, but contains 5,877 files in 119 folders. I also used to have another folder for unsorted files downloaded from 4chan which was about 5 GB large and was mostly hentai, but it went lost in a freak accident.

I keep my Porn stash on my sisters computer in a .rar file without the .rar extension, even if they find it, it'll just look like a 20gig file until I add the .rar extension.

I constantly need to delete it because I can download ~20GB of doujinshi a week.

This is just one of my manga folders, OP, but I think my fellow posters have proven my point.

All of the manga is in rar format, hence the low file count.

I also have some JAV's and Hentai animations but I keep those in seperate folders. So add about maybe another 7 or 8 Gigs to this and it'd be an accurate representation of how much H I have on my computer.

Totals around 180gb for me on this PC (not including eroge), but much of that is h-anime.

Had to delete 137 GB finished loli.pant.su torrent recently, since my storage HDD is failing and I need to return it.
33 GB of ero anime and 3D porn
10 GB of assorted ero doujinshi and eromanga.
Around 20 GB of games and nukige(not counting VNs with sex scenes if they do not focus on porn)
Under 500 MB of images.
Used to be about twice as much(mostly much more games), but I deleted lots of stuff when I was moving files from the failing drive.
Oh and, and all the touhou ero doujinshi are mixed with normal ones, so there's a bit there too.

I never save any of it. I can't fap to the same thing more than once, so there's no point int keeping it around.

4,5 GB, nearly 11 000 images. Most of them are manually hand-picked one at a time. I hold much pride for it.

21,1 GB of erodoujin/eromanga, 56840 files 1747 folders.
This includes a random ecchi manga I forgot to sort properly, tiny amount of worksafe doujins and negligible amounts of 3D porn and other shit. I only have about 1 free gigabyte now, so I had to move 1,9 GB of CG sets to my other drive, which is soon going to be 10 years old.
I don't care about eroanime, but somehow I have about 3-4 DVDs full with them. Mostly old retro shit.
I don't know how much eroge I have, but my collection is probably at least 10 DVDs big. It's confusing, because there are regular VNs and Hirameki games where the H-scenes were cut out.

I could probably survive C78 with the current amount of space I have, but I seriously need to buy another HD.

Hard to tell. My folders are in this format:
Main folder > series folder (worksafe pictures go in this folder) > nsfw (not worksafe pictures of the series go int his folder)

Each series folder also has a doujin folder where the doujins for that series go.

Sometimes organized by character if there's just too much, but all the nsfw is always grouped together, as is doujin

There are also general folders like hentai folder and loli folder and ecchi folder for things without series or for series that I didn't make a folder for, usually because they're just a few isolated images.

Total folder is 36.9gb

In the case of original works I seperate them by artists if I have at least 3-4 works from them. I don't care about the translator or language and I'm okay without content tags.
Also, I'm not differentiating between individual artists and circles. It takes little time to look them up if I need to do so.
The only problems are the full magazine scans. Fortunately I only have a few of them.
