I think the main thing you're all forgetting is that no one fucking calls it "lol nude touhous," "YUKARI_NUDE.JPG"... It's on the internet, it's porn. It's a simple and easy way to refer to nudity and above. But if you want to get technical, the Yukari in that picture is drawn presenting herself in a suggestive manner while being nude. I'm pretty sure that's enough to pass as pornography. What a neckbeard discussion...
