It's never made clear if Ciel or Arc picked her off at some point while she was in the city or if she just kinda went on doing her thing without interfering with the story there.

Melty blood react happend a year after Melty Blood. And because she is not in the original MB does not mean she is dead.

In the Near-side, there would not have been time for Arc or Ciel to pick her off because of the Roa shit. Unfortunately Satsuki being in Melty Blood means that you can't have the Far-Side routes be totally canon.

When I play Melty Blood Arcade, I never skip the NanayaVs Kouma dialogue. The music and the burning forest make an awesome combination with their sexy voices.

There are only 2 sequels, MB following Sacchin's end and Satsujinki's stories in the characters materials following Arcueid's.
Akiha's ending was given a closure in KT.

Of course. Even without that there wouldn't be much to finish off. The Far side should end with Shiki living happily with Akiha, Hisui, or Kohaku.

I only brought up Kouma because he was a figure related to Shiki and the Tohno's and would still have a chance to show up if you took Kohaku's route or Akiha's route.

Your saying that Shiki and Kiri are on the same level. Shiki has eyehax, sure. But im sure that Kiri surpassed him in speed and everything else, aside from the eyehax. He and Kouma were pretty neck to neck. It could be possible Kouma is alot faster than Shiki and is able to dodge efficiently.

You read again. The only reason Kiri stabbed Kouma in the eye was because when he looked at Kouma, he felt fear. He lost his nerve and struck him with what he thought was a killing blow, albeit an ungraceful one. He didn't know Kouma would survive such a hit.

Fast forward, Kiri lost his killing spirit. He's a father now, and he doesn't have it in him like he used to. He thinks about more than just the killing. Therefore, it's impossible for him to beat Kouma. Without his nerve, he can't beat him. Even having lost his nerve, Kiri still smashes Kouma's temple in before Kouma annihilates him, causing the demon to feel real pain, bringing Kouma back to consciousness of his own mortality and making him feel fear, in turn.
