This what "accepting Beatrice" is all about.

Kanon and Shannon are counted as people because everyone on the island without fail goes along with the act or is fooled by it. There is no toxin that denies their existence.

However, Battler alone would never accept Beatrice, so she was never counted as a person for the red.

The reason Kinzo has strong anti-magic toxin is because he knows all about Beatrice. He knows the original Beatrice, he knows all about the one he locked up, he knows just what Beatrice was like, he knows her appearance perfectly. Thus it's simply impossible that he would ever be able to be convinced that Shannon's alternate personality was the true Beatrice.
