I have a question, what if one of the immortals developed a cancerous, malignant tumor? Would it just expand exponentially, taking over their body, Akira-style? Or would the tumor simply disappear if they "died" from the cancer?

Cancerous tumors related

They would die from the cancer and reincarnate the next day.
