Order of Ecclesia wasn't good compared to the GBA titles or Dawn of Sorrow. The first half with traveling the world was bullshit, and the levels were linear as hell. The town aspect was poorly realized, too.

You know, I understand if it's not your cup of tea, but I really am blown away by the sheer number of people who completely miss the point of OoE. The fun is all in how well placed and designed the enemies were, and the overall challenge of it. The game is extremely fluid and the action never stops. Very little of the challenge is bullshit, either. Add in lots of attacks that are both cool AND useful and you've got the best action focused Castlevania, period.

Let's say you like the Mega Man Zero series and shit like it. You'd probably like OoE!

If you want a Castlevania for exploration and cool secrets, play SotN. None of the others came close to it in those aspects anyway.
