Usually I just fry chicken nuggets and spring rolls and eat them with delicious sweet chili sauce. Could eat that shit every day.
I used to make noodles with tomato-ground meat sauce very often but nowadays not so much.
Otherwise I just put whatever's there in the microwave or eat what my mom prepared/brought home.

Some meat on the barbecue is always good. You can't go wrong with a steak in a cast iron pan either. I bake sweets much more than I cook because baking makes me feel cute. That and I just can't imagine the way different ingredients affect the taste of savory foods as much as I can imagine ingredients affecting something sweet.

I cook often.
As lots of people said... I really like making Japanese-style curry, with few modifications. I usually use pork, and I always make the curry roux myself.
Simple, cheap, and tasty dish.
Other than that... various soups. Random variations on Ramen, mostly substituting soba for ramen noodles, cause I fucking love soba,
And a bunch of other, not /jp/ related dishes.
Sometimes I bake cookies or cakes. I like baking, but I can't do it very often.
