Using George as an excuse is a fucking paradox. Whoever created Beato split a whole soul in half. But having half a soul means that love is impossible for furniture. Therefore, the act of creating Beato means that Shannon cannot accomplish her love for George, perhaps forever if Battler never bothers to show up again.

Like someone said in the episode, a sin has more weight depending on whose perspective it is. For some reason, the 6 years Battler was away became comparable to 1000 years for Beatrice. Popular theories for that are Kinzo rape and such. Also, Beatrice doesn't want to kill for revenge. She wants to kill so everyone can revive and be happy. Maybe Battler sees her noble goal and pities her because that's impossible, and wants to set things right in his own way (which probably ends up screwing George and Jessica but who cares)

Not only that, the person that created Beato was the true master of the island. So Shannon gives up all power that could help make her love easier. In fact, she gives up everything that would allow her to achieve it--then, having given up the headship and and the half of the soul that would allow her to achieve love, she then begs for it back in the form of the butterfly broach and killing her brother? Makes no sense.

>> No.5638415

>Surely it will allow (us/you/me? no subject defined) to see more dreams than a person.

Contrary to your belief, you can't hack open someone else's brain and suck out one of their personalties for a snack. You can only consume personalities in your own mind. You'll probably try to say that Shannon didn't even eat her, now, even though she did. How could Kanon save Battler if Shannon ate him? Will you try to say Shkanon is false with that?

The duel was a big metaphor for the fact that Shannon, Kanon and Beatrice are all one person, and they cannot succeed in their loves without first eliminating the other two. This doesn't necessarily match up with what's really going on the board in this game though. For instance, none of the people in the fantasy scenes killed who they were supposed to, that was all Erika.

Neither does this have to match up with what's going on in a higher plane. Bernkastel and Lambdadelta don't have any bodies, the question of how they can exist in the meta world is just as silly as asking how Beatrice can revive in the meta world.

I posted this earlier this morning and I will admit I haven't gone through all the red in all the episodes to see if it works in all cases, but it could give one last bit of hope for ShKanon deniers like myself.

Jessica and Shannon or Kanon find the gold, Jessica becomes the head since Kinzo is dead. Genji immediately pledges himself to the new head. Jessica wants to finally escape the family and her position as the head, she decides that she is going to destroy the mansion and everyone in it, unless they can put their differences apart and work together to solve the epitath. Finally they bribe Nanjo by offering to pay for his sick Grandaughters operations.

The other servant, either Shannon or Kanon, disagrees with this choice and attempts to stop them. This servant dies shortly before the gameboard. For each game one of the servants is playing both parts to make the murders easier to achieve. This allows the Shannon/Kanon switching to take place and plays into the 16 person limit.

Something I found strange in episode 6. During the fight between Jessica and Kyrie, Kyrie suddenly started pulling out knowledge that she really shouldn't have known, even if we assume she did suddenly remember the previous games or some shit like that. How closed rooms relate to the game, how magic works and it's weakness, etc... all the sudden, she just started pulling this specific info about the game that's being played out of her ass.

I know it's a magic scene and overly specific things like that don't matter much in the long run... but it just seemed WEIRD to me.

What bothered me the most in EP6 was how Erika could use the red about something that the GM didn't even know about, that wasn't related to her seals, and without her detective authority. It seemed more like everyone was just making up crap at random and throwing the old rules from EP2-4 out the window. And then the GM has to explain to the Detective how a logic error didn't occur? Fuck that, that's worse than missing the point. Sure, letting Lambda know may've been necessary, but there was no need to explain it to Erika. Furthermore, Lambda should have been aware of what Erika had done when she checked for logical consistency, and thus declared Battler's move invalid. How did Erika slip being the culprit past BOTH of them?

Yeah, Erika can just do whatever she wants. The guy RUNNING THE GAME surely never bothered to keep an eye on that!

the tricks are given, the only missing thing is a confirmation. And if the tricks are given, there is nothing to search anymore. And Ryukishi doesn't want a game without answer because it is funny, but because he wants a game where you have to search by yourself. So a DID every two scenes, like it was in ep6, really, is definitely suspicious.

Well yeah, YOU'D THINK SO.

And yet, this is either false or a well-hidden rule. Consider: Erika isn't stupid. She's extremely intelligent. Prideful, but smart, and had plenty of resources to fill in on the way the game worked. For your theory to be correct, she would have to not know that the GM was aware of all her actions. This is far, far less reasonable an assumption than that Battler made an incompetent mistake.

Irrelevant. Bern has seen many other games. And even though YOU have never GMed you are quite convinced that the GM must know all. Here you are also claiming that your intellect is vastly superior to Erika's, yet providing doubtful evidence.

>Lambda has no reason to fuck over Battler
Lambda claimed that she would make an impartial ruling. Why would she go along with a ruse supporting one side after staking the honor of her position on her impartiality? Are you going to claim that that was just more trolling?
