Culprit like nasuhi or anything who have inflence on the servants.
=> Saying that one of them will be allowed to leave the island if he kills the other one
=> real Culprit of the first twilight using the one who killed the other, here Shannon, as a scapegoat. "she is a servant and was jealous", and so the real culprit is saying that she is the one who made the 1st twilight. Which is convincing, after all shealready killed someone so nobody will trust her.

I think that it may be only partially correct.

It all depends on whether you think there are 17 or 16 people on the island (whether Furudo Erika boosts the number by 1 or not).

If there are 17 when we do not count Erika as a person, then they are different people.
If there are 16 when we do not count Erika as a person, then they are the same person.
