I've been tinkering with a TF2 (or maybe CS:S) server with SaySounds (think the old text-triggered sounds like in the 4chan van in CS:S, only fewer fucking sounds, and more /jp/ related) with a votemute option for faggy micspammers.

Unfortunately it would be on a P4 server with possibly limited bandwidth, so I'd probably cap players at around 18 or so. Anyone interested?
