No, it's not really suspicious at all since it's a good habit to get into. If you've ever lived in a dorm in college or had room mates, you would know this even if you were not especially computer savvy. Otherwise, enjoy your random /b/ shock image backgrounds etc. Even at home, if you were the computer literate person in the house, every time the computer broke, who would they ask?

Limited guest user accounts. There's a use for it other than hiding stuff too and whomever is asking to use your computer should be aware of that.
