Julie becomes trapped in post World War II France shortly after the events in "Dandy Girl," and later meets up with and befriends a woman who lives in Russia but is visiting France for the Summer. They keep in contact via letters, until one day the woman dies without Julie knowing and stops returning hers.

Julie's home burns down in France due to an unexplained accident, and she travels to Russia to meet up with the woman. She meets up with the Russian girl, Svetlana, who is the only one who speaks English. Svetlana doesn't have the heart to tell her, and lies to her mother, telling her Julie is just waiting for someone to take her home.

Sad Spoiler:

She got pneumonia on her way to Russia, and slowly gets sicker as the story progresses. She begins to get a fever, hallucinates and talks about Mark and her daughter (not canon). Then she dies. ;_;

I know that's probably going to piss a lot of people off. Oh well.

Actually, Mugen has worked on multiple projects that have been completed. 4chan? The only VN projects they've completed are Katawa Shoujo (although 4chan now denies they're related to Four Leaf Studios) and The Dandelion Girl.

You can say a lot about Mugen, but not that he doesn't finish his projects. Every project /jp/ has ever tried to work on, on the other hand, has failed, the sole exception being The Dandelion Girl.

No one wants to fucking work with this pinoy scum, I mean just look at him, he and his fucking avatar posting shit. Everytime he tries to get into a project and start advertising renpy and shitty 3d models that suck balls and he conveniently forgets whatever the author wrote as a description and does his own shit and tries it force it on to the group, he can't even model buildings correctly, have you seen his warehouse models? They suck dick just like he does. He also apparently thinks that drawing droopy eyes is godly and does it to alot of characters which clearly shouldn't have it.

On his project page most of the projects aren't even his, and most of them aren't complete either, the ones that are complete barely has any of his involvment. Mugen just tries to get into as many things as possible for the slim chance that the project gets completed and that he gets mentioned in the credits, every single title on his project page is utter shit and a waste of the time I took to download them.

His newest involvement release was RE:Alistair++ which was has his shitty 3d backgrounds that don't match up to the character's artist coloring and style and screams for attention which is annoying when trying to read the damn text. That's the only title worth noting that has been released fully and has an amount of contribution from him that is actually worth mentioning. There is a fucking reason the industry avoids using 3d because it simply is just annoying and stands out.

Flip horizontally and see if it helps, if not, save, and keep it safe. Try not to delete them if possible. I usually save up my work when I feel like junking it, then come back to it a month or two later. The reason I believe why we think our works sucks is because we know something is wrong but we can't put our fingers on it and gets frustrated. Over time, when you come back to it, it'll be obvious to you. Heck, I always salvage parts of my junk works and use for another project.

Draw what you like and do whatever to get yourself some motivation to move on, and don't get discouraged when other say things such as "oh you should learn proportion first before coloring etc etc". The whole experience of drawing is really depended on practice, and being scared/discouraged to draw is not a healthy way to start. Let me tell you right off the bat, like everyone else, you will suck, and you know it. Just keep trying, and one day you'll be a 3rd rate artist like me, then surpass me and be a 1st class artist.

I think that's pretty good. You just need to learn more about joint locations and how to draw limbs. For example elbow is on the same level as navel (in this case the elbow is too low), shoulder can get more shape, the upper body can be less long (except if you're Oyari Ashito) and so on.

Scraggly lines don't matter as long as you get the shape right, and that one is pretty close.

Imagine the pose and angle you want.
Draw a rough naked sketch first.

Drawing girls with guns is especially hard, with all the details that must go into the gun and hand. If you had girly little hands and the gun (or replica) you're drawing, that would help a lot.

Don't get me wrong, it's good to learn from reading, you'll learn about things you never would have thought of otherwise.

However, all this "what do I read to learn how to draw" is largely a bunch of crap.

The thing to do is draw, draw a thousand pictures. learn to criticize yourself openly and honestly. Train your eyes, find your faults, and work on them. No guidebook, reference, or system can teach you that (or compensate for it)

The hard part of drawing isn't so much learning how as it is burning through that first 150-or-so shitty drawings without burning yourself out and quitting via frustration, self-pity or (this is important) making excuses. I myself am an example of the latter, but what improvement I have made has only been made by burning through several drawings in a sitting.

Do not, I repeat, do not learn anatomy from anime and hentai. People, constructive criticism is a good thing, even if brought in a very negative manner. If we all go 'everybody's doing so good!', it's not going to help any of us.
You'll see that if you take this shit too far, the average quality will become terrible, as that's what is accepted.

For a great example, go check the Lemma Soft Forums. The works they produce are so terrible that most people have the notion that every single OELVN is shit. This is all because they keep praising eachother regardless of how shitty their so-called "art" is. If your work sucks, it sucks. Go improve so that your work will suck less. The moment you think 'I don't want to hurt this guy's feelings', your critique becomes less direct. You will become hesitant about whether you should mention X or not. If I try to be nice, I can't say that the timing for the drums is horribly off, or that that one ear-grating synth ruins the track.
It's not forbidden to mention the good parts of someone's work, but do not hesitate the slightest bit to point out the bad parts. The moment you try to be too nice, you stop pointing out the bad parts properly. If something sucks, just say it sucks.

>The moment you think 'I don't want to hurt this guy's feelings', your critique becomes less direct. You will become hesitant about whether you should mention X or not. If I try to be nice, I can't say that the timing for the drums is horribly off, or that that one ear-grating synth ruins the track.
I'm sorry, but if you have problems doing that you have some issues. I have no trouble at all pointing out everything that's wrong with a piece of art (that I can find) and staying completely neutral. This sounds more like something you personally cannot do.

I'm still an amateur, but I've become a hell of a lot better than I was two years ago.
I already know the drums are a bit repetitive and it takes too long to get to the good parts, and that at the climax the part that's higher makes the rest of the climax less interesting, and that it's a bit boring after the climax.
Now you point out stuff other than the things I just mentioned or 'I just don't like it'.

Deal with it. Take it into consideration if you think it's useful, but don't get into an argument with the critic.

Yeah some EQ cuts here and there on the synths during the middle section might make stuff clearer. They all seem to share a lot. Or maybe even some different panning would work.

The high pitched noise is pretty cool. I think that one synth which comes in at 4:41 just needs a cut on the highs, then things might be clearer to hear.

It might be best if you'd explain the rules of the game first, so we know what kind of stuff we should suggest.

Also, if you have many abilities on one card, you might want to use the Magic: the Gathering style, see picture - don't use 'also, also, also', just put the abilities on different lines.

It's half way between yugioh and magic the gathering. Nothing's set in stone yet.

- No phases. Draw a card at start of turn, then go crazy.

- Only one type of mana, you get 1 at the end of turn only if you have 0. Mana is used for summons/spells/abilities if the card states it as a cost, like MTG.

- Battles are yugioh style, you can choose who to attack, and attack value is used if both cards are in attack position to determine winner.

- Cards can be placed anywhere on the field provided they don't overlap too much. Overlapping cards are "connected" to each other, which may trigger effects depending on the cards.

What about defense position? How do you players lose the game, do they have life points? Are there only two players, or can there be more players? What are the standards for attack power (and defense power, if the cards have one), and mana cost? Is there something like instants/sorceries/spells/traps? Anything like artifacts/enchantment/continuous cards? How powerful can cards be for the game balance? Is 'destroy target creature with ATK under 500' okay? 'Destroy target creature'? 'Destroy all creatures'? 'Destroy all creatures you don't control'? 'Destroy all creatures you don't control, your opponent can't play spells for the next two turns'? How powerful is mana acceleration? How much damage can we reasonably deal per mana/card? How powerful is card advantage? Card discarding? Since moving out of your parent's house a few years ago in the derelict countryside, you've found a place to stay in the city. You stay in a fairly cheap apartment complex and you spend most of the time in your own room, not even bothering to know your neighbours. You haven't found a job yet and you've dropped out of school, a typical NEET leeching off the work of others and doing nothing to contribute to society.

In the start you lived quite happily here, undisturbed by others and enjoying every day by yourself and your pet Japanese bird. However, about a year ago, the apartment complex was expanded and many new residents moved in. They are fairly noisy and cause quite a ruckus, but you ignore it and try to take it easy.
