The game doesn't look as amazing as I'd have expected, though. The original IM@S looks great even today, but this looks like a crude improvement on the original game engine, rather than something completely new mindblowing like it should be.

It seems reasonable that the retired idols have canon routes, although it does upset me that Producer could fuck up so badly with people like Chihaya, Yukiho and Miki especially. Miki having blonde hair pretty much guarantees her route is non-canon, which is a fucking shame, because the PSP games are canon, meaning she and her friends from 961 all switch to 765 for some reason.

I kind of like how Makoto looks now, but she is one of the ones that changed ALOT. No more boyish hair, completely different hairstyle. Barely any bangs, they just moved everything to the side.

I just hope they have the same voice for her, maybe sounding a little bit older.
