Alice is in the high 60's, I believe. I used her until well near the end of the game, when I had a highly Death Arcana-centric team at one point; she was the only one I was still using by the time I got to the Monad Block.

Running around town to check whether a certain character or event was available that day and needing to talk to everyone regularly to make sure you weren't missing out on sidequests and stuff was annoying. Atlus took some of the best parts of the game out to make it portable.
I'd buy it if they had left in more of the voice work, hadn't omitted the animated cutscenes and had left the whole game in 3D (not just Tartarus) rather than opting for flat backgrounds and a moving cursor.

I get that they have limited storage space to work with now that it's on the PSP, that sacrifices must be made, but too much has been removed for me to enjoy it the same way I did the original.
