Uh no, not any official ones or garage kit that I've seen. Nothing even close to that size. The biggest Touhous I've seen are those 70 cm giant plush dolls on Amiami, and those are fucking $330 before shipping and currently sold out.

Excessive crazy merchandising is exactly the kind of thing ZUN wished to avoid (kind of inevitable with Touhou's popularity though), so he wouldn't let himself go and allow you to buy a life-size Reimu. Getting a dakimakura of who you like (custom made possibly) would be your best bet, and also wouldn't cost the thousands and thousands that a 1:1 would.

Do you have any idea how they make figurines? It would take forever to make a full scale?

I saw a Rei Ayanami 1/1 statue (may be a bit taller than the actual Rei) outside of the Kaiyodo showroom selling for about 10 grand USD. It was sold out, so there were obviously more than one being sold at that time.

What you would do with a life-size Rei Ayanami statue is beyond me.

They also have 1/1 scale models of superheroes that can be bought, although they're ridiculously expensive.

Touhou isn't that popular/highly merchandised to have stuff like this, though.
