Dear /jp/
How do you have a waifu? I mean, I know you can just say, "XXX is mai waifu," but how do you REALLY do it? How do you get into it so that she makes you feel less lonely and more important? How do you make her your Waifu rather than just a character on the screen? And I'm not talking about using magic to make her real or some kiddy shit, but I know some of you have this down to a science, and I want in on it :|

She doesn't make me feel less lonely because I'm not lonely to begin with. She doesn't make me feel more important because I don't feel the need to feel more important.

You're asking what your waifu can do for you. Instead you should be asking what you can do for your waifu. Carry her with you in your heart at all times. Give your love to her. Even if she cannot love you back just the act of loving someone should bring you fulfillment. An idealistic love that can never be requited is perhaps the most beautiful love of all.

If that isn't enough for you then you have yet to reach enlightenment. Work harder to cast aside your selfishness and egoism.
