Read the scenarios. It seems Reimu's easily angered while Sanae's getting used to and genuinely enjoying fighting.

Going back to Kogasa:

Kogasa goes to try to surprise Reimu. Reimu gets pissed and beats the shit out of her.

Kogasa tries to surprise Marisa. Marisa calls her a failure at life and tells her to go away, and then fights when Kogasa misinterprets her advice as "surprise people by beating them up."

Kogasa tries to surprise Sanae. Sanae looks at it as an opportunity for a fun fight, and feels bad about making Kogasa sad when she wins, but goes after the ship anyway.

Kogasa's power never fails, but the time it will execute is random. Even Kogasa is surprised this way.

They're moonbitches. Kaguya ran away before the war, but she probably heard news about it from Reisen. Reisen herself was involved but ran when she perceived the war to be hopeless or thought she was going to die. Apparently, she did manage to drive a few of the unlucky soldiers who saw her insane, so she's a veteran. Reisen II and the Watatsuki sisters would definitely not like Sanae.

As far as if she ever came across Eientei, she would love hanging out there simply because the residents (save the earth rabbits and Tewi) are from the moon and she loves aliens. They might not like an annoying miko hanging around their home, though.

Yeah, Kaguya is officially one of the biggest bitches in the entire series, and far more psychotic than any other character. Not even Yuuka or Yukari would do shit like that.

No, she's still an airhead. She had no idea that people stopped looking for her until Reisen showed up and started yelling about the war. She also doomed 5 men to their deaths with her impossible tasks just for being in love with her. Her attitude towards Mokou's angst at her father's death is just "Oh, I'm sorry.
