I've only ever seen it randomly pick IOSYS, ZUN and DJ SHARPNEL when there's no requests. That would be pretty unlikely if it was also picking from the 2k+ uploaded songs. Unless it first picks a playlist and then a song from it, I guess... In that case it's just slightly unlikely.
