The last ghost tree event was such a clusterfuck I only made 20k and ended up quitting. There was so much lag you would spend all your ammo trying to kill 1 set of trees that would take damage and never die, then when you're out of ammo they would suddenly realize they were taking damage, die, and drop money for someone else. The game wasn't meant to take that much load in 1 area.

Anyway, I'm getting a lot better at this game (well specifically, with using Crimrose). Spent an hour last night in 10v10 DOSvsWIZ and finished in the top 3 of DOS most of the time, usually survived almost the entire round and it would be over before I could die again. Of course it helps that there was hardly any lag since so many people couldn't figure out how to edit their hosts file and log on last night.

Also WIZ seems to be getting worse, all previous times I played against them we'd get stomped, last night during that hour I think we lost only once or twice, (pretty much random pubbies all around, neither side had many players from the same clan)

Fastest way to grind is doing bee boss rushes with an exp card. If you have a good party you can get upwards to 1000+ exp per run in less than 10minutes with a 3xp card. On my Lily Rain Majalis paint, using export image, I thought I could edit the resulting .png with SAI resulting in this. I already made sure to use only eyedropped color and binary/pencil tool.

I tried to import image later in paint mode but I always got a fail message "image is not in palette format" or something. How does this work really? Is there .cs2 converter somewhere?

I think the imported files need to be pallet formatted pngs with 16 colors or less. Paint doesn't change the pallet of pngs when you edit them, and photoshop will let you edit the pallet/turn normal pngs into pallet format. I think you can do that with Sai too.

Thank you. I edited the exported .png straight at photoshop using copypasta and it works. Looks like SAI is the problem. It has no color setting and save everything to minimum 24bit which Photoshop couldn't convert back to Indexed limited palette.

Crimrose is nice to play and it's quite easy to play the role of support attacker in the arena. Just watch out for explosives since she can't take a hit.

Jikun is extremely fast and has built-in melee attacks, if that's your thing. It'll take a lot of luck to find an opening to approach people on some stages, though.

Everyone uses Lily and she has a lot of firepower but is useless in melee and a bit less mobile than the others.

you should definitely get the one that lets crimrose reach max height faster, damage reduction ones are optional. For melees you should get the -50% explosive reduction to help you rape arty even easier. Someone in an old thread said what Sway did but I forget exactly, I just remember they said it was a sidegrade rather than an upgrade.

The UC events can give tremendous UC. So much that you basically don't have to worry about UC anymore. Otherwise the best way is to arena while using double UC tickets on the weekend. A good Lily Rain setup is give her two explosive weapons. Just aim for all those Crimroses, Aquilas, and other AIR types as they fly by and you'll be ranking in no time. Stay far away from those LND types though. If they manage to get close you're pretty much a goner.

TEC is semi pointless depending on most weapons past breakpoints since each +1 tec above 10 only adds +1.6% damage rounded upwards. (having less than 10 tec substracts 1.6% of damage per missing tec)

So those 30+ tec only adds +2 damage to the 5 damage missile mount. (having only 11 tec already adds +1 damage to missile mount)
