Yeah, and they could have also added more depth to how the skills themselves affect the combat. Like, if you have low skill your swings are slower, less accurate (not saying it should be like morrowind where you MISS MISS MISS all the time when your skill is low, but at least miss sometimes), and with less damage. Add more combat moves like kicks, jumping, shield bashing, shit like that.
