No love for RF?

Oh yeah, along with those two, I heard Harvest Moon Grand Bazaar (Wind's Bazaar in Japan) and the Lufia DS game were getting localizations too, but I don't have sources for those.

You might not like RF2 either; the concept is still the same. I think the idea of playing as your child was pretty cool.

I'm playing RFF now, it's pretty fun so far.

It doesn't seem like a lot of people on /jp/ play RF, which is kind of surprising, really.

RF2 wasn't as good as the first one. The second gen was really lacking.

Can't speak for RF2, but while RFF still has points that are a little rough edges, it feels quiet a bit more refined than the first. The characters feel more lively, for example.

Improves on other things, too, like no charging for special moves. Just hold B and press A.

Mining isn't a broken way to earn money anymore, either.

Only downside is the runey system, but maintaining that isn't bad once you have your grass factory set up and get every area outside of said factory to prosperity.

We had (big) threads about it within the last week. Maybe those posters aren't present currently.

Watching Rosetta's thighs while she searches for stuff is one of my pastimes in RFF.

You have to be careful not to get too close though, or the camera in the cutscene will switch to a crappy air view instead of ground level.

They only localized RFF, Natsume did 1&2. When asked, XSeed showed no interest in doing another RF. It's a shame, since I recently started playing 1&2, and now I have respect for the lovely dub in RFF.

I wish I had a WII, if I did I would have gotten and played RFF. Melody was my favorite, how much did she change in RFF?

Neither Melody nor Cinnamon have said anything about that since Melody first mentioned talking to Cinnamon about lessons.

Rosetta flips between kuudere and tsundere so much I have no idea what she is.

I was able to do it myself. Forgot what tool I used, but I think the only problem was that the English dub file was bigger than the Japanese one, and the tool most people were using was unable to deal with that.

We really need to work on this term.

I can see grouping in the cold, antisocial, quite chicks, but any term that says that playful snarky teasers and Rei clones = same archetype is flawed.

I'd say that she's a combination between a snarky teaser and a tsundere, though.
