That just doesn't add up. There are a handful of human touhous with powers, but the rest are all priestesses of a sort. Sakuya is the only human--no, the only character PERIOD--who just has a power for no reason.

As far as Sakuya is concerned, I wouldn't worry about it. The stopping time thing might have more to do with her pocket watch than with her natural abilities. As far as WHY she can do it...Let's see. She's a maid who uses lots of knives. In a mansion with two vampires, one of them blonde. Her main power involves time manipulation.

The only thing missing here is a road roller, and all you have is proof that ZUN like's Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
