Well the Emiya 'estate' is nothing but a large house with a yard.

The Tohno Mansion really is a mansion, it doesn't have a yard as much as it has its own forest. Kohaku keeps man eating plants, poisons, and other wonders in the garden and in the Underground Kingdom.

Now a hut, however, would have a better chance. It's not as fast as a shack but is about twice as strong while still being relatively fast.
