That's amusing since I once went on unintentionally sequential quests - first to kill a mad wizard (Mages Guild), kill a vampire who was supposed to be someone I once killed (Vampire clan), then recover mummy wrappings (Mages Guild) - in which my targets had the same name.
I was like "killed him good, huh?"

Worse was installing the expansion and getting attacked by the assassins at level 1.
