I think the only thing you can miss is the Len H-scene, but that shouldn't even appear till near the end.

If you're going through the trouble of playing KT or if you liked Tsukihime just play KT for enjoyment. try alot of stuff out and use the help Ciel Sensei to know exactly what to do.

Its a very nice ride if you sit back and enjoy it.

Pretty damn sure that anything you miss is possible to get after you beat it, at least the short stories I had been missing I was able to get after the ending.
