They made us do this for PE back in high school, it sucked, but I could do it fairly well.

In my current state though, it'd be pretty hard.

I can barely touch the floor with my legs straight, is this bad? I know a friend who can barely touch his KNEES, yeah thats pretty bad imo lol. Neither one of us is not fat though.
