Now, you're a touhou char. You have a incredible power, a magic power that can kill one person at the first shot. You never used this power, because you can just use it one time and then you will die. You're in love for both Kaguya and Mokou, but you need to chose a side for some reason that you don't even understand.
You need to kill one.
You'll die after that.
Who would you kill?

The optimal ending for Kaguya is for Mokou to be killed permanently, so Kaguya can just continue existing until she gets bored and asks Eirin to kill her.

The optimal ending for Mokou is for her to kill Kaguya permanently, then Mokou would herself need to be killed permanently after she has a few moments to bask in the satisfaction of completing her life's work. If Kaguya is killed permanently by anyone other than Mokou, it's a massive bad end for both of them. Mokou will never be able to rest, her infinite life wasted.

If Kaguya dies, Fujiwara-san will have forgetten that that smelly hiki ever existed in a couple of months at best. No way she'd waste her life over such a useless princess.
