What the fuck are you talking about? There's shit on the floor. That's a consequence. What, do you mean no one KNOWS I shit on the floor? You mean if I didn't have to deal with the fact that I shit on a floor, like I shat in someone else's house, left, and no one knew I did it?

Or are you referring to the more abstract concept of "you shit on the floor, yet the world moved on as if I had not shit on the floor, for there was no way anyone or anything could tell that I shit on the floor"? Or, indeed, IS there even shit on the floor? A natural progression of shit being on a floor is dealing with the vile odor, yet your scenario suggests that even this most obvious of consequences does not exist. This suggests that there is, in fact, no shit on the floor at all, or if there is, there is no definable start or end to the shit on the floor. We may ALL be shitting on the floor, yet because there are no consequences (and hence no way to tell), we would never even know

A body is disgusting. I mean, just look at all the /jp/ers who hate average-looking women with clothes on with no shit on the floor. Anything that comes out of your body is organic.
