As a casual tarot reader I can give you the most conventional meanings wnad why they fit:
Moon- a dark side, mystery and deception, there's more to it than what it seems.
Fool: problematic card, it's the 0. It can mean of couurse foolery, a daydreamer who never focuses on reality but it's also the sign for a new start or a second chance.
