Yeah but the Hourai Elixir makes you immortal so I do think there would be at least one point of death of the elixir (even though it's already diluted in the blood). That point must be somewhat bigger then the other ones since immortality is serious business.

It doesn't make you immortal. It makes your soul immortal, which means the physical body can be destroyed, but it will be reconstructed in it's previous form.

In that case, Killing the existance of Mokou or Kaguya would be the same as wiping the soul out of existance. But out of the shikis, R. Shiki would have the easiest time killing Mokou.
