Kyrie is (to me at least, and without episode 6 spoilers) the easiest person to suspect because Battler committed a very clear sin against her when he didn't accept her as his mother. It takes some hoop-jumping to sa she survived episode 2's first twilight, but it's doable.

A SWAT team of trained chimpanzee's killed everyone but Nanjo at the end of Episode 3 because Nanjo was killed by Hideyoshi because he thought Nanjo was the one who was ordering them around. Hideyoshi dies of bloodloss from wounds inflicted by the monkeys.

The Monkeys were trained by the those two other Servants from the Fukuin House who, unlike Shannon and Kanon, received special forces and body guard training. They trained the monkeys on the orders of Kinzo who felt like having a private army. He left them in the secret tunnel in the well with a year supply of food when he died so a year afterwords these monkeys are so hungry they escape from the well and eat the Ushiromiya's (which is why they could only find Maria's jawbone in Episode 1). But again, these were INTELLIGENT monkeys so they didn't eat them until all of them were dead in case they were attacked when eating.

Technically, a hidden cabinet could have fucked Dlanor and Erika's theories in that scene. As the definition of the 'Hidden Cabinet' that was used in Battler and Beatrice's games was literally 'a hideaway that exists but CANNOT be found unless you know it is there'. That's why I think Battler is now an idiot because of plot for the past Two or Three Episodes. He made some pretty interesting theories in the first 3 Games.

Normally, Battler asks Beato to confirm the room is a closed room by asking her to 'say the usual' however during that scene he was stopped by Erika who said doing such a thing is pointless. As there are always no secret passageways. However, there is other factors besides secret passageways in Battler's 'usual' including asking whether or not if there exists a hidden cabinet no one but someone who knows it exists can find. The whole scene at that time was trying to point out the door or the window was never opened.

(Though, this really does nothing in solving the mystery but it does help explain how the letter appeared in Episode 1 without saying one of the cousins or Natsuhi did it)

Kinzo's Study was never denied of this Hidden Cabinet.

I do agree that it's the only foundation I've seen in the entire series, the truth in a sea of lies, but the red text itself is a contradiction. The red text comes from witches who aren't supposed to exist and who we have to assume stick to rules and can be honest when they can troll reality. Who can say that theories are even possible? Ryukishi probably just said that so we would theory and discuss more, when in reality it was impossible to solve the mystery and he can pull out a ending out of his hat. Also, he had to confirm that rule so that the story doesn't fall apart under the weight of its own logic. If Battler is supposed to deny witches and magic, then why does he just accept metaworld and lolredtext? He stopped thinking. Because it wouldn't even be a game. He could stop the whole thing by simply being in denial.

While I can accept the red text cause Ryukishi said so, I can't stand the rule since since we're supposed to suspend our disbelief and ignore suspicions about it while at the same time suspecting everything. It's so contradicting.
