Yes. It's inaccurate because I can't compensate for the number of tiles it takes up compared to the actual game. Look at the bottom, to give my self some scale to work with I used the poop hair to leave flies (the barely visible white dots) as a reference.

Basically, around the top of the screen there should be a couple of dead ends and a loop like in the picture. Some where along that loop is where the red line starts, from there just explore till you exit.

I figured the things by the road were kind of supposed to represent traffic lights. First, their appearance has a set of 3 "eyes" in a column, except for the first set which are two to make it look more like a pair of eyes. This is similar to a traffic light. On the road before entering, you hear a car moving, then when you get to the eyes, the noise stops, as they are red or a similar shade of color. The exception is when you go to turn back, there is a green Y that will look directly at her when she goes to leave. As she does, there is a dead body on the road where you get the "stopsign" power. I really think that this implies some sort of car accident.

A lot of people are saying that she was the one that was hurt which is why she doesn't leave her room, except it looks more like she doesn't want to leave her room rather than being unable to.
