For example, in episode 1 they say that someone could be faking a body because the heads ares smashed, in episode 2 there's no smashed heads, but that does not mean that in episode 1 someone didn't use that trick. Eva is killed in episode 2 first twilight, so you can say that she's "innocent", but that doesn't really mean that she's innocent in episode 1 too. Same for Rosa, Kyrie and Natsuhi.
