This makes me really glad I went through it with ATLAS when it first came out.
I downloaded a helpful dictionary file from anon which made sure the translation didn't mess up on the names and important phrases, and played through it with a pretty good degree of understanding as to what was going on even with hardly any knowledge of japanese at all.
I could go 'FUCK YEAH' at all the twists and read spoiler discussion for any minor details I missed.

Feels good, man.

Script file + Rikaichan + grammar knowledge = win.

We've done two chapters, which, assuming all of the chapters equal out (long ones cancel short ones, etc, which I'm pretty sure they DON'T completely, but...), is about 10% of the Episode.

So assuming Witch Hunt hasn't done nothing since nearly a month ago when they said they were still at 6% (don't actually know), translation is probably around 20%.

But this is all an estimate, I don't actually know how much WH has done, nor have I done the math to find out EXACTLY how much we've done in kb. But we have done 2 chapters and are currently waiting for Chronotrig to tell us which one to do next, that much is for sure.
