Just started playing Chaos;head. Its like playing higurashi with a otaku protoganist. The story is quite interesting, the sprites, voices and music are good but i find the backgrounds ugly. Now i have a question , does clicking on the green or red choices change the story? if so how many endings? Currently i'm just clicking all the green choices to see what happens, most likely i'm going to have another playthrough with just red choices.

be a man and click the red delusions. in one of them nanami dies from coca cola

There are 3 endings.

Three endings:
Good
Not-so-good
The Good ending was a lie

So the 3 endings are

doing nothing at all?

I don't think you can get the bad ending on the first play through, so no matter what you do you'll get one of the other two. There are also yes and no questions, and times where you won't want to see a delusion at all to get a desired ending. It's not just picking green all the time.

If only. It's actually complete shit.

For the first two ends the delusion triggers don't matter, only a series of choices at the very end of the game do. I think they come into play with the third end (which you can only get after the other two I believe) but I never bothered wasting my time with it.

100% isn't worth it.
The only ways you can fuck up are by dying at the skyscraper or by failing the yes/no quiz at the end.
The Bad End only unlocks after you get the other ends and involves deliberate choices of delusion triggers.

More like:

regular end (just avoid bad ends)
good end (answer final questions right)
bad end (after getting to an ending, play again and choose everything that mentions "those eyes")

I actually liked C;H too, though the ending wasn't that good in my opinion.
