That sounds just about how my first Yamamoto route attempt went, except since I fed the monkey so it'd go faster I got clusterfucked without a chance to even take out Takeda.

A tip is to take out most of the northern JAPAN(One-Eyed and Imagawa are optional) or at least most of what you can, putting priority on Tokugawa and Takeda before starting Yamamoto route.

If I remember correctly Takeda will always declare war on you if you enter Yamamoto route, and if you haven't taken out(not vassal) Tokugawa then they'll declare war on you after Takeda does.

This option 'Demon's Daughter: Kurohime', not sure if you get the same CG for her in a non Ran/Kill the Monkey route. I can just keep doing it for +2 sat for the rest of my game. I let Shimazu take Yukihime and just did the green search event when it came up and let them file into my prison. You get an initial purple +5 then a repeatable +2 I'm pretty sure.

With battle permits you should be fine. The demon army isn't a big deal, and Mouri will buffer you against them anyhow. Focus on smashing Takeda and then you'll be safe enough: small front, battle permits to handle the slow push, and you can focus on defense and taking final territories. Also on getting satisfaction bonuses + leveling up Rance and Kentarou.

I stopped using my action fans after killing Orochi. After that, I only cared about getting those two girls and the Takeda bonus. Only really used Omachi in the fights (sometimes a footsoldier as well). Making Daidouji not useless was fun though.

I'm on turn 51 and on turn 52 it tells me Shimazu are seeing my commanders. Then one of my best ones, usually Mouri Teru or Omachi leave. I reload, try different actions and the same thing happens. Just tried again and I get the event where Senhime leaves because I havn't used her. Damn it.

Well if you conquer all of the demon army territory there's an option to delay ishijijii so you can train, but it might be a bit too late for that. If you reload before capturing Shimazu territory and beat the rest of the demon army you can win.

Hara didn't seem much worse than Akashi to begin with, I think maybe you had bad luck. Tenshi and Iga are both weak enough to be viable victims, and I'd assume Oda and Ashikaga aren't that much worse either. It's definitely important not to fall behind in the territory count, though.
