I think it would be great to try and set up a ero game company in the US, one that makes their own games instead of translating. There aren't really any laws preventing it, and it would be rather hard for them to actually ban it without having a lot of stuff brought to court (with them most likely losing because its hard as fuck to ban stuff in the US)

People would BAWW and protest, but since most (all) of your sales would be over the internet, all this would do is act as free advertising, telling the people that would want your game that it exists, and where to get it.
